☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience with Maria and Moises Rosales. We were told the ducted heating was working, but later found out it had not worked for years and needed full replacement. At final inspection we also found new damage to the property. When we complained, instead of helping us, our concerns were dismissed, even when building inspector agreed with us. Maria played a big part in helping my wife and I find our home. She was a huge help throughout the whole process. Any questions we may have had in the process, she was able to answer them and ease our minds. We whole heartedly recommend and trust in Maria and her team in guiding and supporting you through your house searching and buying process.
These realtors just lining thier pockets. Maria convinced me to use her and she also represented the seller, or should I say she worked for the seller. She and Moises are nothing but cheats and I will be filing with the Board of Realtors. I found the agents to be arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional, i stay away after i realize it and left the process.
