I'm so glad I found this place - I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Root from start to finish! The salon has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I would definitely return. Angela is clearly an experienced professional- she really listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions too. She gave me an excellent cut and colour and my hair looks thicker and healthier. Thank you so much, I'll be back!
They are the most stylist ever. I have been going there for a long time. Angela and Kelly do the most awesome job you could ever ask for when it comes to coloring , cut, and styling. Nothing they can't do. Thank you for everything you do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
if brenda still works there, do not book her. i told her i was extremely tender-headed. she proceeded with zero caution. i was crying while i told her multiple times that the way she brushed and shampooed me really hurt. she said something about the lightener instead of addressing the issue. will never return
