Got sick and got charged for late fee, prior late fee was waved due to a death, second fee wouldn’t be waved, couldn’t call because I was at the hospital with COVID wife had to call. Owners response was, that it was an excuse. Apparently being sick during a pandemic and losing a family member is now an excuse. Was annoyed by the experience but was taken aback by the reasoning for a selfish grabbing of money from a customer who was loyal. Never again. Found another place who agrees that it was wrong. Absolutely the best people.
I know them since they lived in Alabama and have had a good haircut since I visited in 2016.
Personally, I was very underwhelmed for $65. I have never paid this much money for a haircut, and I wasn't even in the barer's chair for a solid 30 minutes. When the barber asked me how I wanted my hair, he then gave me a reason why that wouldn't work. The staff was friendly, but I personally could have given myself the exact same haircut. Not impressed.
Great experience. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy the atmosphere and incredibly friendly service. Taylor was my barber and did an amazing job with my beard trim. Couldn’t be happier!
