Condoning and being argumentative with a repeat customer over the phone is extremely unprofessional, we will not return to this business. It is a shame, we really love the guys in the shop.

Natalie, we hate that our late policy upset you. As a repeat customer I am sure you understand how important it is for the guys in the shop to run on time. To provide quality service to all of our clients we have to stay as close to our schedule as possible. Unfortunately, you were running so late that it would have been impossible to accommodate you without effecting everyone's appointment after your scheduled time. We hope you choose to schedule with us in the future.
This place is a pretty rad place. The atmosphere in the barber shop was cool. When I walked it it smelled like leather and with a hint of vanilla and looked like what a man cave would look like kinda rugged and old school. They were playing good country music. And Austin, my man was a very cool guy. Good bye Great Clips i will forever keep coming back to Austin at the Roosters Nest. And the eye candy in the salon was nice to look at too.
Austin cut my husband's hair & it is slammin'! We will definitely be back!
