We booked this hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and travelled all the way from London, UK, expecting a memorable stay. Despite informing the hotel months in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, there was not even a simple note or gesture to acknowledge the occasion. You guys are getting this because you failed to verify the payment method before processing it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. How was Alabama Barker able to book a hotel room using someone else’s card more than once? Do you not verify the payment method before processing transactions? The card owner has posted on social media that Alabama used her card without permission multiple times at this location. Which is illegal.
Amazing hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning. Beautiful pool area. Great location. ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Matt Ward and Joe went above and beyond. Very friendly , courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again in the future and recommend The London to others. Thank you so much!
rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. My girlfriend and I came to the hotel, valet parked, and were trying to have lunch at the restaurant, spending well over $100. We understood that the pool may be reserved for registered hotel guests, so when we were approached, we politely offered to pay whatever was required—whether that was a resort pass, a day pass, or any additional fee—to continue enjoying the property.
