We have been staying at The London West Hollywood hotel for the past three days, and unfortunately, we have experienced several major disappointments regarding the overall service quality and the hotel’s approach to guest satisfaction. Absolutely incredible place
L’hotel si presenta curato ed eccellente sulla pulizia. Posizione ottima, quartiere tranquillo. Servizio alla colazione molto lento e confusionario. Essendo un hotel a 5 stelle il costo di una notte è al pari della struttura, unica pecca la colazione inclusa, che non include il cappuccino, L’Espresso o il latte caldo. Dopo quello che paghi, il cappuccino non me lo devi far pagare 6dollari. Delusa da questa politica
