I called and and was told they were coming out to do an estimate they never showed or called and I had to take off work to be home for nothing very unprofessional
Paul Efferin operates under multiple business names and does awful work. Stay as far away as possible. He also cons people through Efferin roofing, ROOFOLOGY, steel City roofing etc.... Look at their records with the state attorney general
WE PAID OVER $17,000.00 TO HAVE OUR ROOF REPAIRED. WE GOT A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE ON THE FLAT ROOF AND A 30 YEAR GUARANTEE ON FRONT ROOF. BOTH LEAKED AFTER 8 MONTHS AND NOW THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS.
We hired Roofology Roofing after our hvac contractor told us about them. We did receive other estimates from 2 other roofing contractors. The salesman from Roofology was absolutely helpful and explained several different options for our situation. NO PRESSURE. Upon contract signing he took his time to go over the daily schedule. JOB DONE CORRECTLY,JOB DONE ON TIME, WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. Well done !!!
I found this company online. They responded in a timely manner. Estimate was more than fair. I think it would be fair to say that they did what they said they would when they said they would.when the job was complete, I could not tell that they were ever there(other than my new roof). No nails or debris left behind. The only problem I had was, they started at 730 am. Thats a bit early for me , but i guess thats pretty minor. I subtracted 1 star for the early start.
