Very poor customer service!!! I inquired TWICE about getting a quote on our roof, both of the message were delivered and read and I didn't get any response back. I waited a week before I sent the 2nd message and waited a couple more before leaving this review. That to me is poor customer service. If your schedule is booked then just message back. Jamie and his crew did our roof several years ago and we had a problem with a leak over the weekend. Even though our warranty is over, Jamie made us a priority and came over on Saturday morning to fix the problem free of charge. I will never have anyone else work on my roof. I highly recommend Jamie and his crew!!
We first saw The Roofing Guy replacing the roof on our neighbors house. I was impressed with the speed that they got the job done and how clean they worked. Came to be later in the year that we needed a new roof (long time coming). I went and talked to our neighbor and asked if he was happy with the work and price they received from them. If he would pay his workers on time say Friday pay and it ben a week and no pay is that right to do to your work ers i think not call the BBB on him
After being in the contracting business for over 30 years, and hiring someone else for the first time I couldn't be any more impressed what an awesome job you guys did
I can not say enough how great of an experience we had! The roofing guys did an amazing job from start to finish!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!
