Very responsive, quick turnaround and great customer service.
Received The Roofing General as a good, trustworthy roofer to contact. We moved into our home last Thursday, noticed the leak immediately. Called roofers last Thursday, they were quick to come out, they spent 6-8 hours on Friday (holiday) fixing leak! They were so timely, had confidence they could repair and they were very reasonable for cost!!! 5 out of 5!
Never knew replacing a tile roof was so involved and complex. Grateful for all the support and patience shown by Nicole throughout this process. This is the first time that a sales and marketing person (Nicole) was actively involved and kept on top of all the different stages during my roof replacement.
