Since my wife and I have lived at the Rockefeller, we have had 0 complaints. The management is nice, and the maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and super nice. The other residents here are great, too i've had the pleasure of talking with some of them, and they're all good, honest people who will hold the door/ elevator for you with a smile on their faces. I’ve had a great time over here, no worries. The process of moving was no problem. The environment in downtown is amazing, extremely walkable to near restaurants, bars and cafes. And the staff here are super personable and awesome!
Want to get leasing information however leasing associate keeps hanging up on me.
Tried to tour an apartment and was told I *must* create a CLEAR account and submit facial recognition data just to see the unit. No alternative. No in-person ID option. Just “no CLEAR, no tour.” This feels like a huge privacy overreach for something as basic as viewing housing. I walked away, but renters should know this is becoming a thing.
