We have loved living here! Jenn and Lisa have always been so helpful and patient from the very start! They’ve been accommodating to us and we are so thankful. We are so sad to leave here but definitely recommend especially to anyone wanting to live downtown! Edited : also wanted to note maintenance is great and very welcoming! E has helped us once we first moved in with problems we had in the apartment but it got fixed asap!

As a resident i never have to worry about anything going unfixed! Maintenance is wonderful and responds very fast! I appreciate them for all the tasks they take on! I’d give 20 stars if i could!!
Good communication from Management and friendly and efficient work order service (E and T were great!)
Email to view property, received a email notice. Went to view property, Doors were locked. Saw a lady walking up had her name tag on, literally standing next to her, as she begin to open the door, no greeting, I finally spoke to her. She looks at me, said are you trying to come in here(Now I'm dressed well put together) now I am taken back, I finally said I have a viewing, show the email, she states we'll I can't help you, then for a split second she had this look on her face like, oh I better check just in case.
