Terrible customer service. We were over charged and when I pointed it out they said a coupon would be coming via mail to cover the overage and we could put toward the next month. Guess what never came.... I asked for help with one the machines, Karen told me, "Oh....we just tell people to play around with it." When I insisted that I be shown how to use it she rolled her eyes and was obviously put out by having to do her JOB. Also...their "24 hr" access is a crock. Elliott is a great trainer and leads by example as a natural bodybuilder. His gym is great and they treat you like family. The equipment is top notch, great free weights, they have great classes and its very clean. Highly recommended.
