Terrible experience.
I highly recommend avoiding this company, this building in particular. It’s poorly made, cheap materials, and landlords that do nothing. Julie in particular is incompetent and only shows face when she needs to justify her salary

One tenant constantly leaves dog feces in bags in front of their door, smelling up nearby apartments when improperly bagged. Their tenants also smoke weed and stink up nearby apartments
Nice builds if only they stopped using that ungodly soulless gray flooring
