RecommendedI moved into The Riverloft Apartment Homes two months ago and I couldn't be happier. Residents are always informed about work inside/outside of the building. I even received a street closure notice. The communication has been great and the staff is so accommodating. I was having trouble hanging a picture and maintenance took care of it for me. That is definitely not their job, but they went above and beyond. It has been a great move for me and my pup!
I recently returned to Philadelphia after living out of state for years. Remembering the RiverLoft apartments, I decided to check it out. Love the location and pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the loft apartments. The new updates and the view makes it very appealing. The staff has been outstanding and goes beyond the normal courtesies. This definitely has a feel of community. Excited to call the RiverLoft my new home.
We have had an apartment at the Riverloft for 1 1/2 years. It is a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly, responsive and efficient; it is kept clean and updated; apartments are open and spacious; the location is great- walking distance to restaurants, shows, music, movies and out of the hustle and bustle closer to Broad St. We would highly recommend this as a place to live.
Great building! The apartments are spacious, common areas are bright and nicely decorated, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Add to that a location that can't be beat.
Beware of the many dogs - lots large - that reside here and are permitted to relieve themselves all over the property including inside the parking garage!!!!
Riverloft combines a modern, clean environment in a central location with outstanding service and amenities. Great place to call home
Looking forward to calling Riverloft our new home! We are in the process of moving some items in and discovered our garbage disposal was not working. Within 24 hours, it was completed, along with a follow-up email to update me on the finished work. That was helpful considering we do not live there yet!
