My first time in treatment I was expecting the worst and have been blown away by the staff, facility, and treatment here. They have plenty to offer and do their absolute best to fit your needs and make you feel comfortable, but at the same time make your addiction uncomfortable.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and competence of the staff. They were very supportive, and knowledgeable in their field. The program is very structured which is definitely to the clients' benefit. I was both very impressed and pleased with my entire experience.
Over all Riversource was a good experience. There were some minor issues but no place is perfect. I feel Riversource was able to help me with my addiction and gave me the tools to remain sober.
River Source and staff have great knowledge regarding addiction. I have been to 8 other rehab facilities and never heard some of the facts about addiction that I have learned here. Overall River Source is a great place with great recovery included in the staff and outside sponsors. They have definitely taught me new tools and ways to stay clean.
The River Source treatment facility is an excellent place to begin a journey into sobriety. River Source is a great place that helps clients with various ways in early recovery and has a very caring staff that helps tremendously in this process.
Very focused on AA and seriously working through the 12 steps. The facility also has a great network of men and women that helped sponsor and run meetings.
I literally for 12 years have wanted to get off of drugs and alcohol. I had been to loose facilities to very structured and nothing ever had worked for me. this place was gonna be no different. It was on day 5 that I finally gave up and did what was asked from me in this program. the employees here really cared. the counselors helped me on levels I never thought I could deal with and I truly believe that something special is running through here and would recommend the riversource to anyone who believes they cant get sober. ... read more
I came in the farthest from God and I am closer to him than I could have ever imagined. I learned a lot about the 12 Steps and how they work here. Most of the staff were very understanding about my personal issues and gave me proper coping skills.
My experience at River Source was beyond what I hoped for. They use an in depth 12 Step program, which is the only proven method of recovery with addiction. Theiremphasis on getting you through the first 3 steps and developing a plan for after you leave gave me more confidence.
