As an Addict/Alcoholic who has spent much time in the rooms of AA, NA, HA, CMA..etc for many years off an on. The River Source has been a huge inspiration an impact on my sobriety. Through a 30 day impatient program I've been able to find a new life an way of thinking. The staff is very helpful an will work with you in any situation you may be facing. I got a lot out of this place. But my experience compared to the mesa location has been different. The AA meetings here are horrible an unorganized. Staff was awesome and I got a lot out of Riversource this time. No Faith based program was in place when I entered the doors here and that's what I was told would be in place here.
it was very good I learned a lot of tools to help me stay sober but also met a lot of great people that not only were very helpful but seem to be serious about their own sobriety.
Admitting myself to the River Source was the best thing I could do for myself. I realized that I was powerless over my addiction an my life was completely unmanageable. I needed help form a Higher Power to move forward! GOD!!! I would highly recommend anyone that is addicted to drugs and or alcohol to attend a 30 day inpatient program with the River Source. Bob
Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Residential RiverSource facility. The staff here was knowledgeable and friendly throughout my stay here. I would recommend this place for anybody looking for treatment.
My overall stay was absolutely life changing. I found out more things about myself in the past 30 days than I had in both of my past treatments. The staff truly cares about the well being of their patients and they may seem to be hard on you at times but its only because they truly care about you and your life. My experience at River Source was an excellent one. I was given the tools needed to not only be sober but to maintain my sobriety. In the past I tried AA and was not successful but being here I was able to gain a better understanding of how to work the steps and the importance of them. Everything went very well for me. The staff was very helpful in my recovery. I would recommend the river source to other, the facility is very nice.
