The crabs were great,as soon as tray started to empty they were their with another!Service was great atmosphere perfect.Please keep it going,our family looks forward to this!
Fathers day, Hostess said they were understaffed , had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for a table, food was good, waitress did a good job, went to leave and our car was blocked in by other cars, Manager tried to help, but it wasted another 1/2 hr of our day, fix the parking situation!

Service for the first time was very slow and inattentive...crabs were not the usual standard...love thus place but very disappointed last night
This was my second time back at the river shack with my parents and again ... amazing!!! We had Courtney for our waitress and she was soooo awesome!! Never had to wait for long Periods of time for our food or drinks! We will be back again this summer thanks so much!!
As always, great food, great service and of course with great friends celebrating a great accomplishment!
I heard a lot of good things about this place but I went in and was not even acknowledged or spoken to. Finally when I was the lady was very nice however the rest of the staff stood around and carried on personal convos, drinking their drinks while I waited for someone to take my money. On top of that I watched a kitchen staff ( female, blond hair, black shirt) chomp on food while working with food. She was eating away, talking all where you send out the to go orders. Somehow that just does not seem sanitary!
RecommendedBest fried chicken I have ever had. The white tuna and oysters were also very good!
