Roaches are everywhere in the apartment building they won’t inspection the building so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here.
I’m expressing my dissatisfaction with our manager, Michelle Han. My family has been residing here longer than she has been in her managerial role. When we make requests, there’s never a sense of urgency on her part. She lacks people skills and often communicates inappropriately. For instance, this morning, as I was ascending the stairs, we crossed paths. I nearly collided with her cart of supplies. THIS BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!! They are literally coming out of the walls. No way to fully get rid of them I've tried everything. Management is absolutely useless in every way. You'll never have an issue resolved. There are constantly people blocking the driveway so you'll have to deal with not being able to enter or leave sometimes and as I said, the manager is useless so it just keeps happening. One of the worst choices I made of 2022 was signing a lease here. DO NOT apply here!
I had a really positive living experience here! Clean and safe! There is security at night which was nice. Leasing manager is great! Very responsive to maintenance calls. Great location as well! Close to a lot of restaurants, Vons AND Ralphs, and down the street from a little dollar convenience store, which we loved! Overall really enjoyed living here. Would have renewed if I didnt have to move to another state! Highly recommend checking it out! Best price you can find for the quality close to downtown!
Worst renting experience of my life. First they charge 2.5 months rent for security deposit. I got attacked by bed bugs on month one, then had to live in the apartment for the remainder of my lease after they over-soaked the unit with insect poison. In month two, old carpet stains from the previous tenant re-surfaced, which I had to have professional cleaned.
