Thank you to MS Sharon tonight that came to my rescue with hand lotion. I'd forgotten mine and I hate it when my hands are dry. MS. Sharon was on her way out the door to end her shift, and gave me a compliment on my outfit, and went back in somewhere and found hand lotion for me! Thanks to Ritz-Carlton for their exemplary service standards no matter where you are in the world AND for their staff that take so much pride in bringing their guest pleasure!
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Downtown Clayton Missouri
Thanks Ritz Carlton for making my birthday weekend so special! We felt totally pampered. I would like to recognize the young lady that checked us in and out, Ashly and the young man that worked in the cigar bar Oct 15 who especially made my celebration extra special. Also Dana in room service as well as the kind woman that delivered our breakfast. What a luxurious relaxed environment. And nothing is too big or small if requested. As we say "everything is better at the Ritz".
