Best Hotel in StL Lobby Bar Rocks where Denise is the Best Server in Town
One of the most outstanding staffs in the industry. Extremely efficient bar staff and very accommodating. They really seem to care about being hospitable.
I'd heard the Ritz Carlton goes to great lengths to offer superior service to their guests. This weekend I found out just what that means. When I wanted to purchase some Chapstick from the gift shop, the were sold out... So they sent someone down the street to buy some for me. Impressed? Wait for it because that was just the beginning.
