Attention to detail. Friendly staff
Great Atmosphere And Service – i have to say even though i didnt spend the night, i was there for a Friends Of Kids With Cancer fashion show, and they had great sstaff members
Poor Service Overall – Located in downtown Clayton near Washington University, is the well known but less than accommadating Ritz Carlton. After many visits over the last 2 1/2 years I've concluded the hotel is convenient to the University but several staff members that greet the public should be replaced. Ritz Carlton Saint Louis Nice hotel, overall. It is really beautiful. The decor here is wonderful and our room was well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The room was definitely well-furnished. I enjoyed a variety of amenities here. The lobby was very impressive. Even though we got the least expensive room available, it was still pretty spacious.
