I regret to have to even share how disappointed I am with my current stay with your property. I understand the pandemic has caused a lot of changes in the world. However, I would believe the Ritz to operate with integrity and overall good business ethics. There was never a mention while booking rooms and services the hotel was not functioning at 100%. There was no mention of in-room dining for Breakfast and Dinner. It appears that the employees aren't even on the same page when it comes to what is up and running because it d... read more
