Amazing prenatal massage! We were staying at the hotel and they even sent up a cuddle + kind bear after the massage 🥹
I dont gatekeep. I had Hong as my massage therapist, he is absolutely amazing!!!! 100 stars!!!!!
Steam rooms barely warm Paid around 900$ for 2 treatments and half of the time the masseur was either talking or outside of the massage room. They barely massaged anything. Worst massage experience ever to be honest
Worst ritz experience. Avoid this place. Nothing like the London hotel. The staff is rude and unhelpful.
Came here for a girls spa day. Kim was incredible!!!! She gave the best massage and was so kind. Every person we met here was so accommodating and nice. 10/10 would recommend spending the day here.
