Sam was our server once again and did an excellent job as usual. thank you for our special request of shrimp plate. it was not in season or available but they got it for us. thank you! the Ritz-Carlton is a magical getaway like Disneyland for adults.

We have been coming to the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay for alot of years. All of the people that work there are so nice and helpful. For instance our waiter Sam. He went completely out of his way to get 2 orders of the Shrimp platter for us. What he didn't know I have a really messed up leg and I can not walk fast, I told my friend that he would have to run down stairs to the patio and save a table for us. Sam went down stairs for us and asked the chef upstairs to make the platter for us and the chef did it. Thank you so muc... read more
