I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area so this isn't my first Ritz Carlton experience, but I was blown away by how much more awesome it was than I expected. First off, the staff is exceptional. The resort itself caused an almost instant relaxation upon walking through the doors. Every person we met was happy to be there and more than that, happy we were there. We just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. The entire staff was wonderful. From the peanut-free menu for our son, to the sugar free desserts made for me, the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate. And we brought our shaggy sheepdog with us, and the pet-friendly attitude was the cherry on top. The location is absolutely gorgeous in the summer time. We can't wait to return!!
