Wow, a stunning setting for an exceptional hotel! The whole place was classy and relaxed, and every person on the staff without exception made the stay a delight. Just left, but I can't wait to return. A real joy.
Club Lounge was a great place to relax have a glass of wine served by attentive staff. Oh and the view of the valley is marvelous.
It poured rain the entire weekend so we spent most of our time in the Ritz, so I would say we got to know the hotel very well. If you are trapped indoors, this is a great place to be. The service was excellent, the staff polite and attentive, and the spa.. well, its the ritz and it lives up to expectations. My only knock is the restaurant was good but doesn't rise to the level that would give this visit 5 stars. Great visit overall and highly recommended.
The staff is amazing and generous and friendly, the hotel is the best hotel for kids I have ever been too, so many fun things to do for them. Truly worth every penny! Thank you!
