Tacky, tacky, tacky -- well maybe not that bad but mostly hype – Yes, it's the Ritz Carlton but not like your mothers. Good Service there? Depends on the time of the day or the day of the week, you never know what you'll run into, it's probably better than most service you'll get in South Beach.
