Stayed for a wedding! What an amazing hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very clean and I loved the gym/pool.
The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami feels like luxury on paper with elegant rooms, marble baths, private balconies, and dinner/cocktail spots with a tropical vibe . But service and first impressions are inconsistent, the pool lacks the wow factor, and it’s a few blocks from downtown Coconut Grove . Great for classic Ritz touches and bay views — just manage expectations for price vs. experience.

When we arrived, we were informed that we did not have a reservation and that we " no showed" the day before. The front desk person was adamant that we hadn't canceled the previous day and assumed it was a fraudulent reservation. We had told him that we did cancel the reservation for the previous day but he said that we hadn't..we went bcak and forth and as we found the cancelation in our own email, he suddenly changed his tune and became an " Angel".
