My husband and I have stayed at the Ritz before. Impeccable rooms, service, and amenities. However, this particular one was no better than a Hampton Inn. My room was dated, rust and stains in the bathroom ( I had a king suite), the floors had scuff marks and divots. I booked that particular one because my sister who has cancer was going to the Baptist hospital for treatments. The stay was one of the worst , I came here for my honeymoon but y experience was bad and they told us they would give us an upgrade room but it wasn’t worth it because the room was really standard as the. Same if The Ritz Carlton reputation , there were a lot of insects . The phone service didn’t work except for number 0 . We wanted to make a reservation for a Dior cafe and talked to the Concierge in the hotel but they didn’t even help us at all ! The hotel is beautiful as one would expect. The service was top notch as the employees were all amazing and helpful. Will definitely be back.
The night staff is rude and unprofessional.
