My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. has been exceptional. The hotel itself is elegant, perfectly maintained, and offers a calm, sophisticated atmosphere in the heart of the city. As visible in my threefold five-star choice, i am to 100% happy with the lovely AND CLEAN room I had, the friendly and helpful staff I met and the location which suited my wishes very well indeed.Also the food I had was delicious. BUT one thing overshadowed all these positive impressions and marred my enjoyment of the food massively.
