There is a real disconnect between the management and housekeeping. After a grueling day I returned at almost 5:00PM to find house keeping in my room. Not only were they there, they were just beginning. Who want to return to this when paying the prices the Ritz-Carlton charges. I spoke with management who said they would complete the room and do the turn-down at the same time. When I finally arrived at my room, ithe cleaning was not complete, nor was there a turn-down. We spent our 28th wedding anniversary here. Exceptional service, accommodations, and food. Loved our suite, the lounge and rose petal turndown. What a wonderful weekend.
