The staff was effecient yet friendly - always available when we needed something & making sure everything worked out. Our room was gorgeous - plenty of room & everything we could possibly need was provided. Great location in the City. The evening wine tastings in the lounge were lovely...& the cookies were yummy. Definitely plan on returning!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and service here! I flew in to SF to throw my daughter a surprise 25th birthday party and everyone who works here went over and beyond to ensure it was a success! From letting my husband and I check in early, to sending up birthday Champagne, to calling us to let us know the birthday girl had entered the building so we could prepare the surprise!
