Arrived a bit early. Said rooms would be ready in 30 mins. Waited an hour and half, still waiting while people cking in after us were assigned rooms. Now 3:57 and still no rooms ready. Did not care to explain.

My company was contracted as a fitness equipment vendor for an on site residence. An order was place for a commercial exercise bike by an employee (or temp perhaps) named Mya Lee. If she is an example of professional courtesy and decorum for someone representing a very elite hotel and property chain, then management should be vetting more extensively before hiring.
