Unbelievable service and caring – I stayed at the Ritz Boston Common for my first anniversary. All I had to do was tell them that, and they took it from there. We had a room on the 12th floor - the club floor. Because of our anniversary, they gave us huge dark chocolate-covered strawberries and a handwritten card.
