Stayed here for work a few years ago - amazing Customer Service and a great overall experience. Kudos to the Ritz.
The gym is an Equinox.
Be leery of any Equinox Spa. Not even remotely like a Ritz Spa (e.g., Amelia Island). You will be disappointed and let down - especially facility wise. The gym is the complete opposite of this.
During the summer months, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston serves a delicious array of homemade lemonade in the lobby.
