Great experience at this hotel. Excellent service.
The rooms and facilities feel somewhat outdated for the price point. The service also didn’t quite live up to the standards I would expect from the brand.
You can find better hotels at this price point, not very 5-diamond, in my opinion. Walls are paper-thin, heard banging from neighbors and TV going until 2am that wasn't very loud, sound just travels through easily. Solid location but that's about it. Service and staff were pretty quiet besides the "hello/goodbyes." At this price point, there are many other options I regret passing on staying at.
I booked a suite to break up my long road trip with my daughter and booked a suite over a week ago. We arrived at the Ritz Carlton in Boston at 7 PM and were told that our suite had a water leak and that the only other available suite had to be cleaned. My one year old daughter was in the car for over FIVE hours and there wasn’t even a table with a changing pad in the bathroom. Guys… it’s 8:01 and we still don’t have a room. You can’t make this up. Had an exceptional experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston. From arrival through departure, the hotel delivered the level of service and attention to detail I would expect from a luxury property. The staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, while the overall atmosphere felt elegant without being overly formal.
