Looking for a new apartment to move into is a stressful time but Tez at the Ritz is fantastic!! She made the process very smooth and easy for us that all of our worries were taken care of. She is always around to answer any questions! Also the new the property manager Julian is amazing! He helps out every time I need him. Love it here. Julian here is great! He's always so helpful and quick. Always knowledgeable about everything we need or ask. Anytime we've needed any assistance with repairs has quickly got the job done. Very pleasant to work with, makes the stay here even better! Highly recommend!
Julian Miller is a great apartment manager. He is responsive, friendly, and quick to address any issues.
I’ve been living @ The Ritz for 11 years now and am extremely satisfied with the new manager Julian Miller and with the upkeep of the building. There are bi-annual fire alarm and carbon monoxide tests, elevator maintenance, trash cute cleanings, and quickly done repairs when needed.
Been living here for 5ish years and love it! Julian is a great manager. He's quick to respond to messages and needs if his tenants!
