Looking for a new apartment to move into is a stressful time but Tez the property manager at the Ritz is fantastic!! She made the process very smooth and easy for us that all of our worries were taken care of. She is always around to answer any questions and is prompt with her replies. The ritz is also a great community, really clean, and the building maintenance works fast and is there for anything you need! It’s a very safe building and all in all, it’s a great place to live!
I worked with property manager, Tez, and she made the entire process so perfect and easy! She was extremely caring, attentive, professional, and was genuinely so sweet! Working with Tez & going through the moving process at the Ritz, was the best moving experience I’ve had. They helped immensely and made everything so seamless. And so far, having lived here for a month, management always answers any questions very promptly. We feel very valued here!
Final update: The spa was fixed after a couple of months and apparently the pool was fixed last fall sometime, but I was never notified of such. I've only ever dipped my toe in and felt it warm once since being told it was fixed. The app-based laundry payment system broke for the 2nd floor washers a few months ago and as far as I know hasn't been fixed. 1st floor washers never had it, so if you don't have quarters, the 3rd floor ones are your only option and they're nearly always busy. Bruce was kind enough to show me the place two times within a year. He is always detailed, kind, and informative about the place. I can see why the apartment complex has many great reviews. He is attentive and gets to any issues right away.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! The pool and hot tub have been broken for months and management's response has been to shrug their shoulders and say "sometimes things break" There is no ETA for fixing it and no offer of compensation for anyone having entered into an agreement to pay a certain amount of money to live here with the understanding that the apartment complex provides these amenities. UPDATE: The hot tub is fixed, but the pool is still always cold.
