Rooms were outdated and nothing special. Bathrooms were moldy and not clean. For an upscale hotel the towels were rough and cheap. Staff was no where to be found at 10 pm. I tried to reach management several times with no call back! Horrible and rude front desk staff acted like they did not want to be there. I asked for a white envelope to leave something for pickup and she snuffed at me and rolled her eyes like it was the biggest inconvenience ! The only good thing at that check in desk is a tray of stale cookies.

Planned a nice weekend trip for my Fiancé’s birthday and she loved it. We stayed at the Franklin, very nice hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere different and this did not disappoint everything was spot on.

Amazing hotel in Philly. Staff were so welcoming and helpful with checking in and when I left something in my car!!

My family and I stayed at The Rittenhouse a couple of weeks ago during quite possibly one of the most stressful weeks of our lives, and they truly went above and beyond. We were in town for our daughter's birth, and were planning to stay for a week before heading home. However, we ran into a horror movie situation at our AirBnB (cockroach infestation..), and frantically needed a place to stay with our 2 day old newborn and dog.
