Top notch hotel located on Rittenhouse Square in the heart of upscale downtown Philadelphia. Great service and rooms. We'll maintained. Convenient for hospitals, universities, sporting events, or a night on the town.

I stayed in the hotel twice. Once in 2023 and once in 2024 for a few consecutive nights. It's regal and beautiful inside. The room service is amazing. The baths are beautiful. I want to stay in the P5 suite next. I toured and it is perfect.

Updated rating: We just returned this week during spring break and have to honestly say we’re a bit disappointed by how the hotel has turned out. The customer service is not even close to how things were before. Last time we were here, kids were offered chocolate milk and cookies without being asked. This time had to ask repeatedly and were being told that policy has changed and only one room service delivery per hotel stay. The concierge car broke down and there’s no more breakfast buffet at La Croix. Overall, will probably... read more
