The lower price certainly comes at a cost. Walls are thin you will hear neighbors, fights, and domestic disturbances. If you report them to management you will be told they need the police report number for real action. The features like laundry and the gym are nice and maintenance is phenomenal. Communication with the office is lacking and has yet to yield a positive result.
I never leave reviews but I had to for this property!! This place is truly so beautiful and I’ve had the BEST experience with Amy!! She has been the greatest leasing agent and I cannot thank her enough for her help! I’m moving in soon but this place seems great already.
Great management and maintenance, they are very responsive and helpful. I am starting year 3 of living here and I love it!
So much quieter than my last place. I enjoy the in unit laundry and on site gym.
