Paul Repp is a fabulous Tech. agent. I work from home and it is important for my PC to be up and running. He replace some drivers and had my PC up and running within a day. I ran into problems with my work phone connection. He came back and corrected the problem immediately which was very much appreciated. He does have a work complete guarantee and he sticks to it. I will defiantly call him for future PC issues which will eventually arise again.

Thank Goodness for Paul! My PC had been acting up - shutting down unexpectedly and a few days ago it just shut off for good. No response. I did a search on line and found Paul's company (he is the owner) and he was able to come by in less than a day and got to the bottom of the issues, after doing thorough diagnostics and now the machine works fine! He even put up with my yappy dogs without complaining! Very reasonably priced and he really spent time to make sure things were working. I will recommend him highly in the future... read more

A call to The Right Technician is one you won't regret! I have been using The Right Technician's services for over 3 years. When Paul Repp says no job is too small he means it. Even though he services major companies, he still has time for the individual PC user. He is alway professional, competent and honest. I have just had my third visit from The Right Technician and have been pleasantly surprised each time by his technical knowledge, promptness and reasonable rates. He also leaves directions on my computer to access for minor issues, but is always available by e-mail on his website or by phone if necessary. WHAT A FIND!!!

The Right Technician has the Right Stuff! Paul, did an excellent job fixing my computer. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even was able to come over on the day I called. The problem was fixed before he left and he made sure I was satisified. I would recommend The Right Technician to whomever is having computer problems.

Lightening fast, fixed computer I called the Right Technician looking for assistance with my "dead" computer. I mean, literally.....dead, couldn't get it to run. He came right out, was prompt and on time, got right to the point, gave me options on ways to correct the problem, he knew HOW to fix it. Plus he explained it, the best he could to me in laymen terms.My computer was returned to me in short order, I didn't have to call him 5 times to find out how much longer he'd have my computer. DRIVING ME CRAZY REPAIR IN NEW RIVER My computer was doing strange things again. Couldn't download bank statements, electric bills etc. Kept telling me that my Adobe Acrobat wasn't working when I didn't even have Adobe Acrobat. Kept telling me that it couldn't find the files to download. Paul came to the house and the search began. In a relatively short time, he had all the craziness fixed and then did a couple of more fixes. Great professional service, with a smile. Will definitely recommend him to my friends!!
