If you don’t want to lose your security deposit or pay unexpected fees, don’t rent this apartment. My brother-in-law moved out on May 1, but he still hasn’t received his $1,824.64 security deposit. Do not rent here. I got the keys for my unit 07/01/26, upon move in i noticed typical wear youd see in an apartment. One thing that stood out was a drawer nailed shut in the kitchen. I went to put toilet paper on the roll and sat on the toilet and it almost tipped over, it wasnt bolted to the floor. I dropped off my walk through inspection the next morning and was told the toilet would be fixed (it was not) and the drawer was decorative (it is not). I had a great tour at Ridgedale with Ianna! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and did an excellent job showcasing the community without making me feel rushed or pressured. I loved all of the greenery, trees, and flowers throughout the property. It felt like a peaceful retreat.
