I had a showing scheduled for Sunday, March 1st at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:38am, 8 minutes late, and was immediately turned away by leasing agent Connor Bendele, who told me “I have things to do.” No grace, just a flat refusal to help. I should’ve done my research beforehand because they had previous complaints like this. I am a resident from this complex. And I have to say that it’s been a good place to live for the last couple of years. Special mention to the leasing office, they are always available to solve any situation as soon as they can, specially Connor, very good person in the office team.
First Conner said we can smoke cigarettes in the parking lot, then the real manager says we cant. Yet everytime someone else smokes they don't care. They are hypocrites. Not to mention that I've been assaulted twice by the same resident and management wouldn't do a thing about it. Won't even give me his name so I can file a report with the police.
This apartment is an absolute nightmare to live in. Every morning—yes, every single morning—from about 6 AM to 9 AM, my neighbor’s dog barks so loudly that it shakes me awake. There is no peace, no rest, and definitely no “luxury living” like this place advertises. I’ve contacted management multiple times, and all they do is make excuses. They keep telling me it’s “not quiet hours anymore,” as if that magically makes the noise disappear. Completely useless. They don’t solve anything—they just push the responsibility away. Amenities, home space, layout and location are favorable. Staff responsiveness is quick and accurate. My unit has a fireplace, cozy. Enjoy the friendly community.
