The apartment itself was okay, but the maintenance service was absolutely terrible. Getting anything fixed was a struggle—there was no follow-up on issues no matter how many times I reached out. I eventually gave up on repairs and just learned to live with things broken or nonfunctional. Move-in was a big headache. The apartment wasn’t ready, with several drawers/doors poorly fitted, and the place was dusty and unclean. I've lived at Ridgedale for about 5 years now. The current property management company took over about 2-3 years ago. And I've been more than happy with the changes and improvements they've been making to the community. Like the recently created beautiful BBQ place right behind my apartment building. Or the new enclosure around trash. And many more. The location is also very desirable for someone that likes to live in a peaceful neighborhood. HONEST REVIEW I have been living here in a one bedroom apartment since 2019 along with my wife and daughter. The utility from 2019 until the end of 2022 was 110-130. Then owners changed, they tied up with third-party services and increased it to 150-170. After 2023, they increaded it to 250-270 And now, for Jul 2024, they charged me $336. To all who are looking to make ridgedale their home, please also consider a whopping high, always increasing utility along with your rent. Very good appointment I live here from 2018 until now
I can not say HOW AMAZING my experience has been with Ridgedale management, specifically Isobel! From all the questions we had to leasing an apartment, she had all the info and was incredibly accommodating!! She made it easy, and I’ve never felt more confident moving into an apartment than I do here! Highly recommend speaking to Isobel if you’re looking to rent a place!
