Staff is super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! Have had some great interactions with leasing team & service team alike. Abel has been handling our req’s lately and I’m super appreciative of his craft, kind attitude, and him making sure final products are satisfactory

I had a very disappointing experience with Jaslyn. She called me multiple times to cancel and reschedule my appointment, which was already inconvenient. Then, when I arrived on time for the new confirmed appointment, I was still forced to wait for 45 minutes. This showed a complete lack of respect for my time and commitments. Customers should not have to deal with constant schedule changes and long delays after arriving at the correct appointment time. I had some flooding happen in my unit a little while ago.(the whole building had an issue) I noticed staff working until about two in the morning to figure out what was going on) Konnor and Ianna from the office were super helpful and kind during this very stressful situation. Since repairs had to be made they offered me an opportunity to transfer units. I love my apartment and its location so I really didn’t want to move.
