By far the worst apartment I've lived in. And I lived in an apartment with rats.
Worst apartment in the whole world with multiple issues in the unit with water leaking, noise, insect, mold, etc throughout the year which keep raise the issue. Its complete trap with lease agreement to stay forcefully for such old unit which should be scrapped by municipal. Never recommend anyone to move here until they want to see the most challenging life.
I have been reaching out to try and get my deposit back. I applied and haven't gotten any follow up. It’s been weeks almost a month. I put down a $300 deposit. If I could give zero stars I would. They pretty much stole my money at this point. So unprofessional. Hopefully this will get a response.
If we could give an 0 star that would be our rating. Upon arrival of getting our keys August 1st we discovered that the bathroom sink was leaking underneath, leaving both the cabinet and the floor completely soaked. This prevented us from using the bathroom properly from the moment we moved in and raised concerns about potential water damage.
