I have been living at the Ridgedale since September 2024 and have unfortunately have an ongoing issue with both maintenance and communication that has not been resolved. I am writing this review in the hopes that the main office will respond to my emails, calls, or multiple in person visits to get issues resolved. To begin with, I moved out of my original unit due to an unresolved ant infestation. Multiple Terro baits were unable to halt the infestation. We've lived here for just over a year, and we love it here. The location is excellent, walking distance to just about anything we could want. The property being nestled in a protected wetland area ensures that the views out all of our windows are beautiful. Our neighbors, the folks at the front office, and the maintenance crew have been lovely and so kind to us! If you're looking for a friendly, peaceful place to live this the best.
Everything in the apt was filthy on my move in day and they had no cleaners available so I had to DO THEIR WORK FOR FREE
Staff poor behavior and disrespectful attitude. In May 2025 I was interested to move to the Ridgedale I really love the clean area and everything was nice. When I started my application and trying to port through King county housing authority(KCHA) they charged me for 100$ for the application and after a few days I asked for my application the lady who was the manager was totally rude and disrespectful and after 2 hours of our phone call she cancelled the application just for the reason that I called and asking for the appli... read more
I've lived in my apartment for 4 years with the last 1.5 being under the new corporate owner and have found it satisfactory, though I do keep my eyes open. Using 12/14-month leases has kept my rent relatively stable with the last year increase to a monthly $1,950 with covered parking (not furnished). Utilities like water, sewer, garbage, and internet are paid through the complex, to which the common area utility fees are added, while electricity is billed separately and directly.
