Staff poor behavior and disrespectful attitude. In May 2025 I was interested to move to the Ridgedale I really love the clean area and everything was nice. When I started my application and trying to port through King county housing authority(KCHA) they charged me for 100$ for the application and after a few days I asked for my application the lady who was the manager was totally rude and disrespectful and after 2 hours of our phone call she cancelled the application just for the reason that I called and asking for the appli... read more

Super Mid. Location is the only nice thing but otherwise it’s super overpriced for rent. Pick a cheaper area to live maybe closer to Newcastle/Renton. Not worth spending more here to save like 15min of commute when you can live for cheaper a little further away! The buildings are old and outdated anyways

They spent thousands of dollars on a pool that won't even open this year, raise our rents to pay for a pool that won't open and is only used to draw in guests. The owner comes on here and claims to want to help but they never due. Yeah you. Now that are complaining about garbage on even though they gave a rat problem and won't do anything about it. Don't move here Edit from 2025. There is now a man who lives here who has been threatening me and Amber hasn't done a thing and has been avoiding my calls. This isn't a safe place... read more
