Big mistake.
Intente aplicar para estos apartamentos ya que me parecieron ecepcionales queria vivir ahi lastimosamente senti que furon un poco resistas conmigo porque vengo de familiaa Latina fuimos muchas llenamos toda la aplicasion y en un paso la aplicasion no me dejo continuar y fui a pedir ayuda lastimosamente en la ofina no quisiera ayudarme me senti ignorada. Unprofessional and disappointing experience. We had a scheduled apartment tour at 2:45 PM and arrived at 2:50 PM — just five minutes late. The leasing agent told us our tour was cancelled because we were “late” and said another appointment was expected any minute. However, right after we stepped out, she locked the office and left, which clearly showed there was no other tour scheduled. This felt very unprofessional and dismissive. We were so lucky to have Trey as our building maintenance manager! He is professional, dependable, and always quick to respond whenever something needs attention. He truly goes above and beyond, making sure everything in the building runs smoothly and that residents feel comfortable and safe. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows in how well our property is maintained. The leasing office was also great! They were helpful and understanding. We genuinely enjoyed our time there.
“This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in! Something is always broken – leaking pipes, constant issues – and nothing ever gets fixed properly. Management has the rudest, most unprofessional attitude and shows zero responsibility toward residents. Rent is ridiculously high for such a run-down place. Save yourself the stress and frustration – do NOT rent here!”
