i was helping my girlfriend and friend move into their apartment today and it’s a nice apartment, nice rooms, nice bathrooms and all but under the stove was disgusting and found around 20 cockroaches by the end of the night and it’s only the first few hours of being there.
Everyone in the office are so darn nice, even before I was approved for the apartment and that's such a huge rarity as someone who was calling multiple apartments and getting attitude! From what I saw being here for a couple days the property is big, quiet, a huge park across the street, pools still clean and open, and all of our work orders they acknowledge them and send someone out as soon as they can! what happened to the security? where's the car patrolling the complex like before? theres been a kid out kicking his soccer ball at the buildings hitting the walls, hitting our windows and ac units. there was some other kids that went up to him telling to quit he took off when i went outside but yesterday he was back out there doing it again and ran off when i went out there. there is a whole park and open fields to be doing that literally right behind these apartments man.
Just moved here with my two girls and love it so far! The complex is very quiet and clean also the leasing staff is very helpful and understanding! Five star
Alejandra and her staff are very helpful and easy to talk to. I think.we will be happy and comfortable here at The Ridge and Parkdale apartments.
