Hello, I am looking to assume a lease for the summer. I will be attending the Maymester, Summer I and Summer II.
It's just awful. Hands down the worst place I've lived. I would strongly recommend living here to no one, ever. Poorly managed, poorly cleaned, cheap and run-down. Don't consider living here. Go somewhere else. Stay at your moms. Whatever. Don't live here.
This is literally the worst place I've ever lived. The staff are incompetent even for the smallest of things. The apartment LOOKS god awful! The shuttle route is terrible it takes 30 minutes to get anywhere! We have had nothing but problems since we moved out! I'd rather burn in hell than renew my lease here! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
Beautiful pool, helpful staff, near everything! There's even a bus route that goes to UNT!
I haven't even moved in and I already HATE this place! Customer service is awful and I don't recommend it!
This is the worst apartment complex you could imagine. The only time they are willing to replace an appliance is when it is flooding another floor. They do nothing about infestations of cockroaches. They do the bare minimum when your apartment floods, the send a carpet person out and no maintenance ever checks up on what needs replacing or is damaged due to the flood. They are extremely unhelpful in the office and unwilling to help you if you do not want to pay extra fees for everything. Avoid this place at all costs.
