Brand new manager. Brand new leasing consultant and super nice apartments. Super excited about the new team and changes.
I lived here for four months while working in the area. Location is great conveniently located to shopping, eating and the mountains. The property has great views of the Smokey Mountains. Very nice apartments.
I truly liked this place at first BUT what they don't tell you is that when you put a pet deposit down, it covers NOTHING. I was told AFTER I paid the down payment for a pet is to be able to "have the luxury of having a pet here". People are disgusting and don't pick up after their pets either. Than, when you attempt to not renew you're lease they screw you over saying it needs to be 60 days before you're lease is up. I'm now having to pay an extra 4 weeks of rent when I won't even be living there. They are just looking for ... read more
I've lived here over a year and have had close to no complaints. I don't know about all these bad reviews, but I've lived in 5 or 6 different apartment complexes in my life. The price, given the brand new apartments, reliable maintenance, and great location is totally reasonable...I've had to spend much more for way less in other places! I'd recommend this place to anyone!
For the most part we loved the inside. It had these plastic children safety locks in every single plug outlet that became annoying to try to plug anything in, especially if you don't have children. Parking was always a nightmare. We lived there only 4 months and hardly ever paid what we signed up for, it was always over. Poor lack of communication or trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to. Very rude staff, no light fixture in bedroom, very noisy, too crowded to park, and a sketchy maintenance crew to say the least. Will be warning anyone interested in this "establishment"
Have never had an apartment like this. Started work at DENSO after moving in here. Now I have something very nice to come home to. The amenities that will come in the next month will be awesome.
