I love it here. I just renewed for another year and I think the management and staff are friendly and responsive. The few maintenance issues I have had were handled promptly and courteously.
Extremely poor management. When I moved a little over a year ago, fantastic! Now, I was glad when my last day finally came. They did my whole building wrong.
Recently moved to the Maryville/ Alcoa area to be closer to work. The Ridge is, by far, the absolute best place to hang your hat. In love with our place �
They say they offer short term leases but nickel and dime you after you sign. We signed a 4 month lease, because they wouldn't allow for a 3 month. Then we went to pay the last month rent and they say they need 60 day notice to move out. The new management is inflexible. I would not recommend this place. We were hoping to rent short term for many years to come but will definitely look elsewhere.
Awesome apartment community, very comfortable guest suite with the latest modern interiors. Staying a few days to help out my team members. Nice and quiet community
Gorgeous mountain views! The staff is very friendly and the apartments are beautifully designed with granite counters throughout and sleek custom grey cabinets.
