Rented a newly remodeled apartment and the paint was flaking off the walls already, the black trim paint is terrible and on the walls, the heaters were falling apartment and full of cigarettes and other stuff, the cabinets constantly fall off there hinges. They hire the absolute cheapest contractors that do terrible work and leave a huge mess behind and they messed up my ac when it was 90 degrees out and didn’t reconnect it after doing drywall work and now after they reconnected it the ac itself now leaks. I am please with the quick service to fix my issue at my apartment building.
It's the cheapest thing I've been able to find near Madison. The place itself is fine, but this new "AI Assistant" they've rolled out had made basic tasks completly unbearable. It lied about my lease, lied about what payments are due, and then lied about contacting actual humans who know how anything works. Now our rental payments are being handled by Bilt, with no easily accessible way to get in contact with the property managers. Affordable rent and good communication. Laundry is affordable, and all wood flooring is a plus for preventing odor and ease of cleaning. The only hiccup was a miscommunication in storage availability as the units above the laundry room don’t have one meanwhile other staff instructed me there were storage units and the property website makes note of it as well.
