Be warned! The rent is $1120 but the RUBS fee fluctuates each month! Since I've lived here the fee has gone up each month ranging from $15-$61 as of 2/2026. If you don't have extra money lying around and looking for rent to be a flat amount of $1120, look elsewhere!
