I would personally avoid. This place is not great. For starters, they decided a broken window was acceptable to let me move in to. Also, the place is just a dump. Standing water in the basement, and sinking floors. Also, people drive down the pathways designed for walking at high rates of speed. Very unsafe. Save your money and time and avoid this place! Despite being smoke free this building reeks of cigarettes and marijuana, an awful move in experience highlighted by an apartment that was clearly not ready. Cracked window, sinking floor, and faucet problems. And was not clean at all! The blinds were coated in dust and the oven has a crack in it. Very disappointed. And management is difficult to deal with. They are rude and unpleasant and have an AI chat bot to deal with instead
