First month has been absolutely horrible. The AC did not work on DAY 1. I put in a maintenance request immediately. It's been over a month, they finally got someone here to "fix" it, and it's still broken. They determined the compressor was bad weeks ago. Then contractors came out, cut holes in the walls, and replaced both wall units. So nice, I have two brand new wall units and still a broken compressor. Very intellectual. By far the WORST experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. After a months long ordeal, to end my lease (A FEW DAYS AFTER MOVING IN), I wanna shed light on this place. I was a day into my lease when I experienced smelly soapy water coming up through my kitchen sink. I reported this issue along with others, and like many reviews, NOTHING WAS DONE because according to the regional and maintenance managers, no problem was detected despite having loads of evidence proving the issue. As of 6-17-2026: unfortunately things have not progressed in a more positive light at all. I don't fault the people who work at the property I reside in- the issue is bigger. It goes up to actual regional management. Currently my location literally has no one in charge of it and the ones that are just were hired. Best place I've lived in a while. The maintenance team goes above and beyond anytime I need assistance. The leasing staff is awesome too, always attentive and available when needed.
Do you like having soap bubbles and occasionally water come up through your kitchen sink, even AFTER you’ve put in maintenance requests only to not have the problem solved? Then this is the place for you. I’ve put in numerous maintenance requests and the problem isn’t ever solved. Soap bubbles coming up the sink, water coming up the sink, water coming out from under my washer. This happens monthly
