I am spoiled on the servicr, amenities and nearby restaurants.
Only renter and more security.
The property is old, and we really love the charm and history. The people in the management office are nice enough. Unfortunately, they and owners do not do a decent job of keeping the building clean and sufficiently operational...perhaps it’s the owner’s fault. The people and freight elevators are regularly busted. There are splashes of God knows what on the common area walls on our floor that have been there for months, and they only vacuum our floor hallways once a week or... Continue Reading
Do not move to the Rice. i am a current tenant, and I pray that I leave the building before a major fire breaks out. They do not care for the building, or its tenants. This is not a community you want to be part of. If you would like additional information, you can DM me directly.
Really cool Lofts, right in the center of so much in downtown. Charming with a very nice staff.
Replacing the manager and everything would be great and pleasant
