If I could give John 10 stars, I would. I’m very thankful for my new vehicle, it checks all my boxes PLUS more! He made the process smooth and easy, and my insurance is not only the best coverage possible, but the cheapest it has ever been. I will be continuing to work with Ricart for all my vehicle purchases. Thank you x a million John for helping our family find the perfect vehicle ❤️
John mumaw was friendly and worked hard to get us the car we wanted and within our budget and he stayed over two hours after they closed to make sure that everything went smoothly. Thank you John and the rest of the Ricart family
Ask for Trey! The man moved mountains to help me and he is absolutely delightful. I will be forever grateful for putting up with me showing up an hour before close and still being willing to help me.
Corey was our salesman! Very polite, professional and very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! And got us a very, very good interest rate! And treated us right on trade in value on our vehicle. Sales and finance team are top notch! Will visit again when we decide to get another vehicle!!! Excellent service!!!! It's rare nowadays to go somewhere and be treated with these qualities. Thank you very much!!!
Experience was so good that it made up for multiple bad experiences in my past. Buying a car is a very serious matter and they helped my daughter more than any other dealership has helped her or me before. I did not expect the level of quality of service that was provided and we received a car that was far beyond what I was expecting. Highly recommend the Ricart Credit Factory, especially if you are struggling.
