Been there many times. Great food, great service. Clean and right next to the Knoxville Raceway. Can't beat it.
Very disappointed once again. Last year my husband tried the bacon brisket bomb and was very disappointed to find out the "brisket" was nothing more than finely ground up meat. This year we tried the bacon brisket grilled cheese. We had seen it advertised several places with a generous punt of meat. When we got our sandwich it was no thicker than the two pieces of toast, I can't even say there was a sliver of meat on there because it was barely even crumbs of meat. So disappointed! I wish you weren't so far away - I'd eat here all the time just for the mac n cheese! It's the best I've ever had and was pleasantly surprised that the sauce didn't break down when I took some home and reheated it. I had a pulled pork sandwich and the bun seemed really funky (like it had been frozen or maybe just stale) but that's ok because I prefer to just eat the meat anyways so I can save room for yummy sides.
