worst ribs ive ever had, silver skin left on and mest was so touch couldnt eat them. workers have no idea wh as t they sre serving, which is junk.

I heard it was a great place for barbecue. The cowboy beans were excellent. I was not impressed with the brisket sandwich. I was there at 11am. The meat was okay if you like a cold sandwich. Will not be back.
The food is okay-ish, but the customer service at fair time leaves much to be desired. I am tired of being snapped at by the staff, so I don’t go there anymore.
Our favorite spot at the Iowa State Fair! Everything is delicious. I love the brisket nachos. Brisket bombs a few years back were to die for.
