RecommendedSplit the Sampler platter with my husband at the Iowa State Fair for lunch. Everything was delicious with generous portions. Best fair food EVER!

I had the pulled pork, it was very good and not dry at all. The cheese potatoes were cold but good. Overall I really did enjoy the visit
It was delicious they was friendly wish it was closer we would eat there more often
Stopped here after a long road trip back home. I got the 3 meats with 2 sides. The brisket was over cooked and finely shredded the chicken had good flavor but very cold. On the positive side the ribs and beans where very tasty.
I had a brisket sandwich, and my son had pulled pork. We love the barbecue sandwiches at The Rib Shack. Plenty of meat on sandwiches and excellent sides as well.
The meat was fabulous. � The sides were miniscule. �
