Toured a number of communities and always found my way back to this one! The location feels secluded yet it’s accessible to every day amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. The community is very spacious yet the gates encourage a sense of security. Recently there have been improvements and more in progress, which makes me feel like they really care about our community and residents! The property looks so much better the last few months and the is so much more attentive.
Went for a tour and the new property manager, Karisa, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. The property is very clean and manicured. Also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance supervisor, Bonny, and he was very kind. I look forward to submitting my application to this property and moving in within the next few weeks.
My husband and I recently moved in back in January. Let me just say, from the moment we walked the property the warm welcome sold us! the property manager Karisa Watson is AMAZING! she will go over and beyond to help and guide you with whatever you need. she truly makes the community better in itself. I came in for a tour and I was with karisa. I believe she said she was a property manager when I tell you she was so loving and so humble and warming. I know if I move in here that I will be in great hands. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing And when I tell you how amazing karisa is it just makes you wanna lease there if you’re in the area, I most definitely recommend this place for you guys.
